Adventures in Vietnamese International Adoption and the Practice of Law in a medium size Midwestern City
I received this picture today in my email inbox, from my friend D~, who was left a widow and a single mom of a newborn, five years ago, at the ripe old age of 28. It was taken last Saturday, when she married the wonderful J~. Thus proving that sometimes true love can happen twice in a lifetime.

I'm married, with two children, aged 10 and 7. My son is "home grown". My daughter was adopted at the age of 4 in January, 2007, from DaNang, Vietnam. This is our story of attachment, sibling relationships, practicing law, and drinking lots of coffee.
